The 2026 Carnevale Cookoff

The Carnevale Cookoff – February 17, 2026

Our Third Annual Carnevale Cookoff will take place on Tuesday, February 17 at 6:30pm in the parochial offices. Please bring your best meat dish to compete for the title of the Saint Timothy’s Meat King! The two-time defending king from 2024 and 2025 is Mr. Raymond Hohl.

Please participate by bringing your favorite meat dish or hearty side! We need near 100% parishioner participation to truly celebrate this Feast.
